Our stay was quite disappointing. The air conditioning in one of our rooms had issues that weren't resolved despite multiple requests to the staff. We also found the overall pricing excessive compared to nearby hotels that provided better service and amenities.

My kids wished for a dedicated kids' area near the pool.

The location is great, near the malls, and the pool is lovely! A real sanctuary in the city, gets a fair bit of sun!

fantastic central spot for city attractions and park visits

I had a wonderful time at this hotel, especially because it’s just a short walk to the stunning Erawan Shrine and only about 1.5 km from the cultural hub of Jim Thompson House, making my weekend strolls delightful. plus, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, truly enhancing my stay.

The separate living area was a lifesaver during my jet lag, allowing me to unwind. 🛋️ The breakfast selection was fantastic too!

Request hard pillows upon arrival for a better sleep experience, as they only provided soft ones during our stay.

Nice hotel with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness studio, and an outdoor swimming pool. I remember the staff helped me print my boarding pass on my first stay. The friendly breakfast staff made mornings enjoyable.

I had a lovely stay in a spacious Deluxe One-Bedroom King Suite that felt like home. The views of the city were fantastic, and the kitchen was well-equipped for some spontaneous cooking. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety each morning that set us up for the day. The location was perfect, just a short walk from shops and restaurants. However, the Wi-Fi connection could use some improvement, as it was a bit spotty at times.
